Our Story

The Helping Hands of God started out with a group of men from Mansfield, Massachusetts.

During the Christmas season, they would gather together for a  holiday drink and discuss ways they could give back to their community. It began with the passing of a Santa hat around the table for each person to donate what they could. That money was then used to help families in need by providing holiday meals, toys for under the tree, and many other things which assisted families that struggled to make ends meet.

Every year we continue to grow to assist families, Veterans, and community members in need. The generosity of time, energy, and treasure from our members and supporters has allowed us to have a larger and more impactful relationship in our community. As we continue to grow we approach every year with the same generosity and intentionality of our humble beginnings.
